New service requests
Booking requires a confirmed time slot. Provider acceptance is not proof of delivery.
“Pending configuration” needs provider setup. For “delivery unknown” or a stuck “submitting” state, check the provider before resending to avoid duplicates.

Protected employee documents
Uploads require admin access to retrieve. Use only necessary records and apply your retention and privacy policy. Uploaded files are not malware-scanned; use trusted documents.
Daily clock in & out.
Admin-recorded attendance uses server timestamps. Display times use Europe/London. Attendance does not itself authorise absence or confirm immigration compliance.
Sales into progress.
Commission = daily recorded sales × 0.50%, rounded once per employee per day to the nearest penny. Record eligible sales consistently with the employment agreement; this is a tracker, not payroll.
Absence & sponsor reporting.
Record leave, sickness, unauthorised absence and reportable changes. Submit required reports separately through the official Home Office SMS; this page does not make those submissions.
